This has been my dentist for a few years now and i cannot fault my lovely dentist who goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and takes the time to give me great dental advice and care. However on my last visit i came to my appointment and sadly due to covid and the current situations i could not wait inside however i was greeted by a very rude member of their team who had no right to speak to me like she did. This lady who had blue uniform on came to the door and said "can i help you?" I then replied "i have a appointment" Which she replied "You have to wait outside I cant help you!" did not give me anytime to respond and slammed the door in my face! This was really unncessary and it really ruined my day so much so i even contemplated leaving this dentist.

The worst receptionist I have ever talked to on the phone. She was extremely rude and cold when I needed urgent help. Zero empathy and hospitality and professionalism. Very disappointed. You’ve just lost a new client because of that woman.

Very friendly, kind and professional staff. Dr Karolina Kosinska has been an excellent dentist! On each session she would discuss the treatment with me before the work was undertaken. Painless treatment, injection and extraction carried out wonderfully. Highly recommended!
