I took my daughter to this spa on Mar.27, 2021 and I was very disappointed in many things. I don’t usually complain but it was a big ticket day! I expected better. First of all it’s a very small reception, hardly any room to move and the people did not do a very good job of greeting us, no warm and fuzzy feeling. The pedicure room and staff were very professional, that part was good, but my gel nail polish pealed off within 2 weeks, not my experience with gel polish at all! We had to pay extra to spend an hour at the very crowded pool! That was very disappointing.usually the facilities are included with a treatment at most of the delux spas we go to. Especially during COVID. People were well separated on the pool deck but we couldn’t get into the very small change rooms to get dressed because we had to wait for so many other people to get dressed. It’s the most money I have spent for 2 pedicures in my life, I think it could have been a more special experience.

Nice facilities although the 30pp to use the hot tub/ pool feels like a cash grab as an add on for the spa. Excellent massage with Devon today! Lunch by the pool was tasty and a nice enhancement to our spa visit. Hope to see you next month
Wonderful location, very nice amenities. I went for a massage and it was very good and professional. The masseuse was experienced, skilled, and very friendly. The setting is peaceful and beautiful. We used the steam room, hot tub and pool afterwards and it was great, so relaxing! The spa/pools area has a 16 age restriction which we really appreciated as there were no kids playing and making noise so it was very relaxing. I know that doesn't work well for young families, but it was great for us! Would highly recommend this for a relaxing spa experience. A bit pricier than some other hotel spas in town but worth every penny for us!
Wonderful deep tissue massage, and gorgeous location. Be sure to get the pool pass as well with your service. The view from the mineral pool is beautiful.
Loved the atmosphere and my girl Shelby was very professional, courteous and skilled. What a nice escape, the facilities are gorgeous, even the smell is relaxing. Made for a wonderful treat. Thank you!
Absolutely beautiful place, amazing view, helpful staff, great food, guest parking! I personally recommend Tatiana Lovelace, she is truly gem of the company! We were completely happy and will definitely come back again. We would highly recommend this SPA.
Beautiful spot. The pools are amazing- warm and with beautiful views, especially if it is raining a bit. The lounge area (inside) is very small. If you want to lounge more, I suggest coming in the summer. Our pedicures were great and the room had a wonderful view of the pools.
As much as I want to like this spa (I've gone now about 3 times and tried different treatments each time), it's terrible. The customer service when booking appointments is minimal. When you call to book, it is difficult to get through to the spa on the phone, as they often just don't answer. When I do, it seems like a hassle for them to book you in for a treatment. They're dismissive and unhelpful. The facial I had was not relaxing at all. She didn't seem well trained, and the massage I received with my facial left me with a sore neck for more than a week. The pedicures are just okay. Again, for the price point at this spa, you'd absolutely expect more bang for your buck. You do have access to the pool, which is great, but I don't think it justifies the cost of the spa when the overall experience there is very disappointing. There are a lot of high end spas in Victoria that are worth the price, but this is not one of them.
