This hôtel is clean, quiet, near by the rail station of the city, not far from the old town, the Annecy lake,, and the shopping district. The equipments in the room is modern and convenience. The breakfast is good. I strongly recommend you booking this hotel.

Beds were great. Felt claustrophobic in tiny toilet closet separate from shower and sink next door. Breakfast buffet at 10 per person had a lot of meat assortment, breads, cheeses and little fruits. Limited options for people who have dairy and gluten sensitivity. We have always liked to stay at Best Western hotel so this rate is because of the bathroom and breakfast options.
Good position, comfort, friendly staff.
Hotel itself is alright. The only downsides in my opinion where that there was no sink in the toilet, I needed to go to bathroom to wash my hands.
Good location close to the downtown but quiet. The room is clean, with new furniture and air conditioner. We stayed for one night with 2 children. It was 2 bedrooms accomodation with 1 queen size bed and 1 big sofa, 2 TV and 2 bathrooms, USB plugs for phone charging and TVs with mirrorlink. Window view could be better, but it's the only disadvantage I found.
Very nice check in and personal even late on Christmas Eve. Comfy beds in clean modern medium room (Americans standard) for very good price. Full breakfast with the best croissants and dingle and current berries.
No complaints in terms of hotel facilities and stay. But would like to share the incident happened with me and my wife. We literally stuck in the lift for about 50 mins. I am not upset about being stuck as it might happen with anyone as its a technical failure. I am truly upset the way they handled the situation. When I press the alarm button in the lift, that made an alarm sound which I assume everyone must have heard. I thought someone will come and acknowledge that “yes we heard you, we are working on it”. The irony is no one came for us and then my wife started panicking. To contact I had to call them which is also not working that time, as there was network/signal issue. Luckily for a moment,as soon as I receive signal, I phoned them on main desk & said ..I’m calling from the lift. Haven’t u heard the alarm. After all this they said , we have asked the technician they will come and don’t panic. But, I kept on waiting and no one came for approx 30 mins. I called them again & finally someone arrived after 50 mins. What if a child or person without phone stuck in that situation!! Definitely there is better way for staff to work in such situations, if not, the staff should be trained to behave maturely in such situations.
