Service was great! Have been using them for years. Problem is that as you arrive I read the sign that says masks are required when inside. Great, I totally understand. When I get in the Mask wearing is sporadic at best. If your going to make the patrons wear a mask they should to. Would have given them a 1 star but there service is really good. I just don’t want to get COVID just to get an oil change!

Very happy it was only a puncture of my tire. Very sad I had to wait from 1:00 until 4:15 to get my car back. I realize that they wanted me to drop it off and pick it up, however, had I not been there, I fear it wouldn’t have been ready until tomorrow. And it was a small thing for them to fix. Just wish it had been done in a more timely manner. Everyone there was very nice, pleasant, easy to work with. I would definitely bring my car back to them and would try to make other accommodations for the time I had to wait. As I said, they are very pleasant to work with.

Great Transaction. . I’m from Fort Myers and was looking for a newer/used Cadillac xt5 platinum. I tried our local dealership, valward cadillac but got no where...... I reached out 3-4 times and was told they would get back to me but never did. So I continued my search via auto trader. Miami, Orlando and Tampa all had the same cars but 3 to 7 thousand dollars cheaper then Val ward? Same Years, miles and trim packages......... so I found one at Veterans Ford in Tampa..... sent the info note to them, and within minutes I received a call from Harold the used car salesman. They sent a ton of pictures, so there would be no surprises when I got there........ they are open 7 days a week unlike our Fort Myers dealership that closes at 5:30 during the week? How can a working person buy there? When I picked up the car Saturday it was around 7:30 and I was in an out within 20 minutes....... everyone was very nice.... the dealership was clean and spacious so everyone was social distancing. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thank you guys for making the transaction quick, smooth and easy.

Our time at the dealership was great. Adam, our sales guy, took the time to answer all the questions we had and allowed us to test drive as many cars as we needed until we found the right one. This made our experience one like no other, he did not make us feel pressured to buy a car and gave us the time to make the right choice for us. If I had to rate Adam he deserves a 10/10. If you are looking for any type of vehicle, old or new, visit Veterans Ford and ask for Adam, he will make sure you are satisfied.

Just to be in the clear this review is not about the sales or the financial department within this company. Alex my sales guy and Jason that works in the financial office did a fantastic job with providing me service. This review is about their detail department and how my truck was delivered to me. When I came to pick up my truck there was tire dressing slong all on the side of my vehicle on the hood and on the tailgate, how that happened I had no idea. There was still dirt all over my vehicle and bugs on the front . I told my sales guy Alex I was not going to take delivery of the vehicle until it was corrected and he went back several times to check on my vehicle to make sure that they were doing a better job this time around. After waiting 30 minutes or so my vehicle came back and it was washed somewhat better at least I thought until I looked into the rear and noticed how dirty the truck liner was. Alex is my sales guy he's not a detailer or babysitter he shouldn't have to babysit the detail department on how to wash vehicles; that's not his job. So if you go there to get any vehicle whether it's new or used go through your vehicle thoroughly and make sure the job is done correctly. Make sure the sticker glue and any plastic wrap, dirt and grime is clean off and out of your vehicle. I was just too agitated to keep complaining so I'm going to do the job myself. I hope in the near future Veterans Ford can get better detail people who takes pride in the work they do. I will end this with five stars for Alex and Jason!
