So thankful for all the help that they provided. I had been forewarned to arrive early and expect to wait a while, which is understandable considering the number of people who come through and help provided. The reps were amazing. For being a widow who wasn't sure what benefits and paperwork were needed to be applied for/completed, they put together all the paperwork for me and even submitted once I reviewed and signed off. They are a life saver, and considering what I hear about other states offices this is one of the best!

Really good time speaking with roger. All my questions were answered and was very helpful. Highly recommended
You have to wait in a tiny room where they have no way of seeing if there is anyone in the room before even getting to talk to anyone other than the extremely rude and excessively overweight security guard. Absolutely the worst organized place and not helpful to Veterans. Stay away if you can help it.
