Not very good at there jobs. Not knowledgeable contradictory to answers had to write on a sticky pad my reason for coming in and then sent back to the workers once someone could watch the front desk. Greeter doing two jobs VA and employment services for Illinois???????

Truly lacking in the Customer Service realm … made a Vet like me feel as though I was troubling “Him” by inquiring about Veterans Benefits via Landline. I’m seeking advise elsewhere!
Been trying to call this office for 3 days. The phone has never been answered by anyone, and I've left 3 messages with my contact information so I can be called back. No response. I'm not sure if this office is single manned, or if the representative is on vacation, but SOMEONE should inform people of what's going on. Highly disappointed.
