Nathalie is a wonderful surgeon, I'm so grateful for the attention she's given to my 2 staffies over the last year or so. Professional, caring and friendly, she's everything you want when you're handing over your little ones for a couple of hours. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my girls now. Vicki is always on hand to give valuable advice regarding pre-op and aftercare issues. Can't recommend these ladies enough.

Very capable and caring vet. Looked after our 2 dogs to the very end. When the end came, she gave them a very gentle and caring one. Lovely vet, she's always very busy and so you may have to wait. Otherwise five and a half stars.

I can't recommend vet erin and Nathalie enough. I first used them when we lost our 12yr old doberman and she was compassionate and patient and made an extremely upsetting time about as easy as it can be. I have used her services several times since and recommended her to friends. She has an amazing work ethic and turned up one night at 2130 to treat out lab.

Nat is the best vet we have ever came across shes so professional, her care with our dogs is amazing and her advice and kind manner goes a long way we are lucky to have her in ours and our dogs lives not forgetting vicky who sorts out all the appointments and is very professional calling us back to update us on what time and day nat will be arriving...... in life we dont come across many kind hearted people like this they are living Angel's and we cant thank them enough for the care the love and the profession they have braught to us and our dogs .... if only the world had more people like these the world would be the most beautiful place X Thank you both Rachel Buoey X

We would highly recommend Natalie for the care and compassion she showed when she made a home visit to our 13-and-a-half-year-old labrador, Chloe. Sadly there was no coming back for Chloe after the stroke she had suffered and we had to say goodbye. But thanks to Natalie she was able to pass away peacefully at home - a service which our regular vet of more than 45 years would not provide. Heartfelt thanks - John and Jane
