Ventflow did a great job in cleaning our dyer vents. I contacted them on Monday and they came out the next day so they are great at communicating. They cleaned both the inside and outside of my dryer vent. I am not sure when the last time it was cleaned but they did it very efficiently and smoothly. Also, I appreciated that they were straightforward with pricing and it did not ever change. The whole process was also covid safe as they made sure to wear masks inside and outside. We also had them install some bathroom exhaust fans because ours had just broke. Without even having seen the old fan area and the new fan Todd was able to install the fan without any problem. They also made sure to clean each area where they worked. I would recommend them to not only clean your vents but even do a bathroom exhaust fan installation as there aren't that many places that you can call to do so.

I love this company and their work! Wow! I just have to say I am beyond impressed with their work and their professionalism in their business and their work! I was having little issues with our dryer not really drying our clothes all the way and we just bought this dryer a month ago. So then I figured ok maybe the dryer vent needs to be cleaned. So I call them up and when they came out they found that our vent flap was stuck and wasn’t opening for proper ventilation and they took care of that and cleared out our entire vent piping and now our dryer is able to work like a dream and dry our clothes with no issues! I truly would recommend them to anyone that is looking to get their dryer vents cleaned or any of their other services. They are the real professionals and I’m so glad I chose them A Thank you!
Karla & Ty are very professional and good at what they do. We needed to have our vents cleaned before our babies arrival, which didn’t happened because she decided to come early but despite Karla and Ty did a wonderful job and they worked around us to make sure the baby was comfortable while everything else that was going on in the house. Karla and Todd came on time, were quick, professional, and left no mess. We had 4 townhouse neighbors all plan to get our systems cleaned at once, all with top-floor washers and dryers, which were stacked in closets and impossible to move. They quickly figured out options that would work, and accessed the system through our attics. My neighbors and I appreciate the discount for cleaning multiple units in one location, and I especially appreciate the option to pay by venmo for contactless payment. It was a reasonable cost for the time and effort, and we feel safer having had a major fire hazard risk removed. Thank you!
Very friendly and professional. Pricing was affordable, they worked quickly and left everything cleaner than when they arrived. We plan on using them for all of our vent and duct cleaning needs in the future.
