I don't know why some people have such poor experiences here, but I absolutely love this place! This place is a great freshman experience and management really helps you understand how to clean properly and be respectful to other tenants/roommates. The cleaning checks are not hard (if you know how to clean) and all you spend is 2 hours max cleaning. Never failed a cleaning check and management pointed out things that I wouldn't even consider but was necessary. I recommend living on the top floor to avoid upstairs neighbors and if you have a problem with a roommate (which I did), they will help you every step of the way to either evict that roommate or just moving you with no hassle. Prices here are great and has no extra charges if you clean properly and be respectful to everyone. Considering come back here in 2022 for school!

Really nice and chill place! So close to everything that’s happening in Orem
When we first bought our lease here I gave them a low rating because of poor communication with management. After that I’ve had no problems. It’s been a very pleasant place to live. I’d just say make sure to read the paperwork very closely before signing anything. The place itself is great I do think communication could be better
Lived at Ventana for over two years and loved it! The place and management get a lot of flack, but I thought everything was great! Malia in the office is awesome. Cleaning checks really aren't that hard. Highly recommend living here :)
I have lived at Ventana for about four years and I love it. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained. The staff that work here are all very friendly and helpful. You can tell that they do their best to create a safe and comfortable environment for their tenants. They provide amenities like the pool, spa, gym and clubhouse so that those who live here have places to relax and have fun. In the few years I've lived here, I've seen that they are constantly working towards making the property better by keeping the buildings clean and updated. I'm sad to see the amount of negative reviews because I've been able to see firsthand how hard they work to provide an enjoyable atmosphere. I would like to see more of the positive reviews that they deserve.
I loved living at Ventana so much! It was honestly my favorite place I lived at during college, and I’ve lived at a lot of places. The location was awesome, the apartments are spacious, clean, and bright, there’s plenty of bathroom space, the pool was perfect during summer, and as long as you’re nice and cooperative with management then they will be nice back. The cleaning checks are kinda brutal but I think it’s worth it because the place stays super clean. Also the elevator made it super easy to move in to the third floor. You’ll see a lot of negative reviews on here but it was honestly my favorite apartment complex I’ve ever lived at because of the cleanliness and amount of space, and the people were awesome! It really depends on your attitude about it. If you want a place that is clean, spacious, and in a great location, then you’ll love Ventana just like I did!
Illegally evicted me giving me 6 days to leave. Fines for everything. Crazy rules.
I love the management here, they’re really nice and helpful!! It’s great housing with lots of space.
