BEST FOOD and hospitality! This place was one of the few spots open in Venice at night (with delivery option as well). We walked in and ordered 2 first course and a fried fish platter. Spent a few minutes talking with the joyful girl at the counter, who told us how lucky we were to experience a unique, tourist-less Venice. She gave us a BOTTLE of sparking wine (of their cellar) as gift!! The food was hot and DELICIOUS. Be sure to try the Venetian sweet - a deep-fried vanilla custard rolled in sugar.

A little wine bar in a back alley with finger food (which was good). They also had a fried seafood/vegetable plate (which was quite good) and I think various risottos (didn't have). The clientele seemed to be a lot of young (mid-20s) Italians. The wine they gave me was very drinkable and reasonably priced. Service was super nice, despite our lack of Italian skills. FYI, there were no places to sit, but rather counters inside and outside to stand at.

This is very traditional Venetian food. Do not come here if you want to have sit down for a meal, as it is \tapas\ style food. They do not have seats, but their homemade wine is awesome. It is hard to find, but worth it once you do. Please be aware a lot of tour groups come here later in the day (food tours and small tours), and it's good to go in \off times\ to get the most food

We went on a food tour and we had risotto and Prosecco, whilst I didn't really enjoy the risotto I had a look at the food at a lot of it looked really yum, pity we don't have enough time to go back as it looks like a place you could get a good feed. The only thing is that there is no chairs, so I couldn't see myself staying to long
