I agree with the reviews by Audrey Ann . The Thanksgiving dinner curbside pick up was a joke. There seem to be no organization of the people trying to pickup their food or those waiting to be seated in the restaurant. It was not even a safe environment as far as social distance. Some people had removed their masks too. Our wait was about 50 minutes and the food was cold, turkey dry and no pumpkin pie. We paid 152.00. The mashed potatoes were 1 ladle scoop for 3 people. We came back home and made more food. Sad. We won’t be back as there are way to many other restaurants to choose from. My advice is if you can’t handle take away business don’t offer it. Update: I was contacted by Management and given an apology the very next day. I was sent a very generous gift certificate for another dinner at the restaurant. I haven’t had a chance to use it however I have to compliment management on their excellent customer service in handling my situation. Thank you!

I ordered the thanksgiving catering online a week before. I waited at the store for 1 hour and 15 minutes, along with many others. The front lobby was jam packed with people, no social distancing. They had no pumpkin pie-I only knew this because I overheard them telling someone else when they gave them their meal. I have no idea what I received as a desert. I spent 167. The food was not hot. While we were eating the turkey there were stickers in it. Please see the photo-clearly an expiration date of 9/29/2020. I definitely do not recommend this establishment for catering or any other times. Oh and a grayed haired man, an employee and I believe a manager, was wearing his mask very far under his nose while he was preparing or packaging food on the line.
Excellent customer service!! I picked up a Togo order late last night and Jordan helped me out. He was so kind and quick and got me exactly what I wanted! Buca has delicious food but the service was even better! Very impressed!
this is unacceptable. ordered from their flavor town menu during the only hours were able to order. 2 hours later I'm being told it is a 4 hour wait. I've been on hold with the restaurant for nearly 1 hour with no answer. this is unacceptable. they are refusing to refund our money as well.
Absolutely amazing. Sarah, bill a d ziggy(ismael) chef were the best. It was a beautiful rainy day in chandler, so we decided to close the kitchen at our house, and have buca di beppo for lunch. Everything was so fresh and tasty, the meatballs and Chicken parmigiana were the best I've had in years. Absolutely amazing thanks buca.
