Amazing experience with Markus and the Velorado team. Staff is friendly and understood my needs very well and offered me customized suggestions. They were very patient with me while I did a test drive of different bikes. Once I made a decision, the bike was quickly prepared for delivered. Added bonus: staff speaks English! I can highly recommend Velorado for buying a new bike. You will not be disappointed!

Last week I had easily one of my happiest moments of the recent corona-filled months: I picked up my Flyer Gorac 4. Velorado was the 4th ebike shop I went to, and seemed to be the most accommodating, experienced, and genuinely helpful. The next day I went to one more shop, admittedly the same caliber brands but twice the size...the staff didn’t have any interest in me, but after sizing up the bikes, I didn’t have any interest either. I went directly from there back to Velorado. Turns out I was pretty lucky with the floor model being my perfect size and having all the extras I would have wanted, and according to Andreas and Markus, my company went through the JobRad process faster than most. So instead of other places who quoted my 4, 7, 9 weeks just to order a bike (pandemic demand), my bike would only need quick customization (changing tires) and was already there waiting on me. Overall timeline from falling in love to taking it home: 13 days. On top of that, the team was fun to be around and had no problem answering my endless questions and providing considerate, customer-focused recommendations. (By the way, my friends skeptical of ebikes have all been immediately won over!) Thank you so much Markus and Andreas for sharing your knowledge and spreading joy on two wheels! \u200d️
