I had the misfortune of speaking to the surgery this morning to book an appointment, whilst I totally understand that they are under pressure at this time the receptionist is absolutely rude beyond anything, she is at the best of times rude but today she reached a whole new level. I have been using this surgery since the age of 4 over 50 years and never have the staff been as rude as they are now only the guy who works there has any idea how to speak to the public.
