The whole experience was phenomenal, at first I thought it was unfathomable buying a vehicle from another province. But Mak & the team from Dueck Downtown made things very simple. I thank everyone from there. The two hardest things with this was. Service Ontario. I think that was just the town I live in. I went to another one everything went very easy. The other hardest thing was/is patients waiting for the vehicle to arrive. Which is about two weeks . That is from Vancouver to Ontario. Incredible. Thanks again guys. The last star I’m saving until I see my vehicle. I will write another review. Cheers.
This was my first time buying a new vehicle and I am really pleased on how it went. I couldn’t be happier with the extra care and dedication in making this a positive experience. I highly recommend my salesman Zlatko as he went above and behond my expectations with any and all questions concerns and fixes that needed doing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else and for sure highly recommend him!
Terrible! Sales Manager Peter called me for an interview. Asked me to wait for 5 minutes but Made me wait for 25 minutes, wasted my time. The dude was just sitting at the table by himself and forgot about me. Later on I had to go back to him and ask him to reschedule the interview. Then he said lets reschedule. Wasn't welcoming at all. Now thats when you lose the best sales talent. Cheers!
Being one of the sales and leasing representatives at Dueck Downtown, I’m really pleased to work with my colleagues from every department, and they are like a family. Our costumers and their family are all very lovely. So many of them have been our costumers for a few generations. I want to say thank you, and happy 2020.
