My mower kept stopping after i started the mower and tried to mow my lawn. I took it in and was told I needed a new engine and that when I put stress on the engine it would stop. I was told that the stress would occur when i tried to mow my lawn. i paid a fee to get my mower back and was told to buy a new engine. nothing was done. i paid a fee and took my mower to jensen and pilegard and the mower was repaired. the low oil shutoff was not working. they repaired the problem and charged the same amount as valley saw which did nothing.
