Very rude owner...
I had a bizarre encounter with the owner last week. In front of a shop full of people she was highly inappropriate complaining that I don't try to make a connection with her when I visit her shop. This is probably true as a couple of years ago when I did engage with her she made negative comments about the alternative nature of my business. As promised to her last week, I will never again visit her shop.
