Old historic pub. Typical small and dark. But interesting with its old pieces of furniture, bikes, radios. Friendly staff and friendly dog. Very causal. Had a quick drink and went. Definitely worth a visit.

Best pub by far! Good honest food- Steak and kidney pie, veggie sausages, peas, mash and gravy all delicious. Lots of themed events-1940s weekend, Yew Tree Music Festival, acoustic night, quiz nights. Definitely recommend

We didn't get chance to go inside with restrictions in place but there was a big beer garden & marquee up Couldnt ask for much more Food still on menu... Pie mash & peas
