Carlos was great. He was very accommodating. He answered every call and all questions . Straight shooter. I had my headliner replaced. Wow, like brand new. Color matched perfectly. He even repaired my visor for me. The entire experience from the first call to receiving my receipt was phenomenal!!!!!!!! I highly recommend Universal Auto Upholstery.

He kept me posted with updates on how everything was going. Recommended the best options for what I wanted to do. Highly recommend his service.
