Like another reviewer, I have to give 1 star because there is no 0 option. The Dr. was ok, the nurses were ok too, but their billing dept. really is the pits! They gave me an elbow brace and told me that I would have to pay for it if Medicare did not. I agreed. I got a statement and they want me to pay for the brace. The problem is, they never filed it with Medicare, and after talking to them 3 months in a row, they still refuse to file a claim with Medicare.

Dr McDowell did a total shoulder joint replacement surgery and did an excellent job. It has now been 15 weeks post surgery and am doing very well. Healed very well and am now able to fully use my arm. Pain is gone and can function normally. Very happy with the results.

I had rotator cuff surgery mid April with Dr. McDowell. His specialty is shoulders. His care has been excellent! He listens well to my questions and answers thoroughly with clear explanations. The physical therapy group in the same building; Jody, John, Lea are awesome and supportive of helping to get my shoulder back in shape. If I could give 6 stars ️ ️️️️️ I would! My husband’s knee replacement with Dr. Holt in March was also a super successful surgery with outstanding results. His experience with the PT staff was also wonderful! Top notch!!!

I have to give a 2 star bc I had to call them back to set up another appointment to see my foot doctor there when they was supposed to call me when they got her schedule and didn't. My first visit there was ok some of the nurses was nice some wasn't kinda rude I thought. I hope my next appointment in Sep will way better so I can rate higher !!! Have a good day
