Came to our home to test our water and offered us a 20 gift card when they come back and retest. Well, this has been the third time they've missed the follow up appointment because prior appointments have just \taken a long time.\ Tonight, we were supposed to be their \top priority\ due to the two prior appointments that they missed, but despite having a 1 hour window, they didn't show. The woman called to send her guy while my husband was in the bathroom and when he returned her call just a few minutes later, there was just an automated message saying they were closed. Maybe some day we will actually get our 20 gift card, but I'm certainly not holding my breath.
