The best place ever to take your Mercedes. The office staff is very polite and the service is on point. The entire staff and service is 5 star from my experiences. The owner , Devon is very fair and I have had no bad services since taking my Mercedes to Unique Mercedes in Conyers, Ga.

One of the young ladies could have been more customer friendly period the gentleman that served me was very manly and polite. However they obtained the wrong battery for my car from the Mercedes dealer so I have to wait for the battery to come in . I would think that they would supplement for that being that I have to come from a distance and then also waiting 3 hours to have it put in but that was not the case. I know you can't expect that at all times but me as a business owner I would have definitely compensated my customer for the undo time. My car appears to be fine I've only had it for a few minutes if you'd like to check back with me later I may post something giving you the highlights of how the car is running. It cost me almost 300 for a Mercedes battery and I must admit I was surprised I thought it would be more than that so I am so thankful to God and to unique Mercedes.

I took my E500 here for an alignment since my regular shop doesn't do alignments. They were really awesome. The front desk staff let me know the cost right away and that there may be additional parts needed. They were super communicative and let me know what was going on. It took 3 days, but that was because of unforseen circumstances; they had to order some bolts and initially got the wrong bolts, had to reorder. I still paid only what I was originally quoted, and they even sent me a quote via email so I could look it over. The staff were really friendly and awesome. I'll definitely be taking them into consideration for future work.
