My mother in law recommended them cause she used them 5years ago and she was happy with their work and for sure they done a great job at our home too. They took measurements and after one week blinds were ready and installed they are very friendly,professional and honest people to deal with of course affordable prices and great quality. I booked in an appointment for a quote with unique blinds and took the day off work. By midday no one showed up or rang so I rang and left 2 messages. No answer or call back so rang the mobile and spoke to Nick who said that it was booked in for a different day which wasn't the case at all. He assured me that he would chase up what happened and he would definitely ring back in 5 minutes. Never heard back from this company again. Terrible lack of courtesy not to at least ring a customer to say that they were not interested in the job or to send someone over that day knowing I took the day off that this company booked me in for the quote.
My 90 y/o Dad is so pleased with the blinds at his new place. At the time of his intended move in early Feb 2020, I rang around to get quotes from a number of renowned blind suppliers and the time frame quoted from measure and price quote to supply and installation was anywhere between 3 and 6 weeks with a disclaimer that that time frame is not guaranteed. What a joke! We were not ordering some fancy bespoke blinds for my Dad’s new place, just good fabric roller blinds and vertical blinds. Without blinds at his new place, my Dad could not move. That’s when I found Unique Blinds who saved the day. I spoke with Vivian on a Friday. Nick turned up the following Monday to measure and quote. From payment of the quote to supply and installation, was 1 week!! I highly recommend Unique Blinds to anyone wanting prompt and excellent service and great product. Thank you Vivian and Nick. Thank you Nick for a great service and after service .. Nick is professional and very approachable, has really good quality blinds. Nick was very accommodative and expedite the process as we had to move in our apartment quickly. Moreover when there was a minor problem with the installation, even after 6 months, Nick promptly responded and fixed it very quickly. Highly recommend. Would definitely go to him again!!
