I have been using this business for MANY years before Unicoatings sold to the new owners Extreme Coatings a few months ago. I'm not happy with how badly I've been treated by the counter girl and the manager. They were quite rude with regards to the incorrect powdercoating colour on several chair legs. Their first mistake was to powdercoat the legs in an incorrect colour which I didn't agree on and then to refuse me a refund if I wanted to go elsewhere to find the correct colour (which I did), so guess what....I'm going elsewhere WITHOUT my refund because it was 'too bad' they stuffed up...they offered to colour the legs in another colour but NOT the colour I originally choose. Their second mistake was to make out it was 'my fault' for choosing a colour they no longer do even though they showed me a 'sample' of it and then went ahead with something completely different. The new owners need to appear to look after the existing customers who have used this business and maybe train their staff is 'customer service' especially the girl on the counter - very defensive!!! The original owners where FANTASTIC, and had great communication / interaction with everyone. I'd also like to know why I didn't get a receipt when I paid CASH??!
