We bought a Passion Joy spa and although it has had very little use since we got it 2 years ago the pump seal has gone causing a flooded neighbours garden plus the speaker cones have split, the drain plug snapped off when I'm doing it and two of the diverter valves have rusted causing brown marks on the tub plus they won't now turn. That's is after having the complete control panel replaced under warranty after only 6 months. Our hot tub is currently unuseable until we figure out how to fix all the problems. Not something you expect from something that cost over 7000! The company we got it from are no longer trading and Passion Spas themselves are extremely unhelpful and are not interested. Would advise potential buyers of their hot tubs to look elsewhere.

I brought a Solace Passion spa from a company in the UK in August 2017 that went into liquidation last year. My spa was around a year old when we started to have de -laminating problems. We were told to monitor it, the shell had a 10 year warranty and we would have no problems. We used chemicals recomended by our supplier. When our supplier went bust we have had to deal directly with Passion.They have been very slow at responding to issues relating to the warranty and have at long last said it can be repaired or we can have new one if we pay 50 percent if the retail price at present. They have now stipulated what we should use in future in relation to chemicals with no further warranty on work being instructed by them. Think very carefully before you buy a Passion Spa. Paula king

Fort décevant... Achat d'un spa passion .. après moins de 6 mois... déformation de la coque... Mais bon... ganrantie 5 ans... oui mais à quelle conditions.. Après plus de 4 mois d'échange de mails... afin.. ok pour le remplacement... mais attention pas la livraison... Une blague... NON NON ... pris en chage à hauteur de 50% forcement... il veulent récupérer l'ancien... donc vous payer la nouvelle livraison et eux la récupération ... garantie 5 ans sur la coque... voilà le discours du commercial.. mais cgv... 100% la premiere année puis 80% puis 60 et enfin 20 la dernière année... voilà la réalité!!! Marque à éviter!! surtout le SAV... Aucune diffamation dans ce message... juste une réalité...
Spa exceptionnel très contente de mon achat depuis 2 ans sans soucis même si au début pas facile de gérer l'eau mais il faut des produits professionnels !
