Phil Raices is an excellent real estate broker and more importantly, a genuine, attentive & empathetic man. Throughout my career as an attorney, I have known and conducted business with scores of brokers & their respective agencies. Unfortunately, in my experience, I have found that, as a general rule, real estate brokers tend to share the worst of those stereotypical characteristics that are ubiquitously associated with attorneys. Brokers are often money-hungry charlatans and swindlers, prioritizing their own bottom line high above the best economic interests of their clients.
