Upon calling and emailing the Tulsa County election board I asked them for information on how to turn in my absentee ballot. They told me it does not need to be notarized as long as I present my ID at the time I turn it in so I did so. I just received a rejection letter for everybody in my household. If you are young or live in certain area you may be rejected systematically.

It's always quick and pleasant to drop off my absentee ballot. It's very reassuring versus mailing it in via the post office, especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
All the staff is dedicated & very helpful. Wonderful staff as far as I could tell. I've spoken to a # of different staff. They answer questions with good knowledge.
Efficient, helpful, readily answers questions, competent. Nice to know we live in a County / State that works hard to get it right.
It's amazing how much work the elections take to get things ready and set up
