Very poor service and overall experience. Trying to get a lane resurfaced that is in dreadful condition and dangerous to pedestrians and vehicles. Nothing gets done and potholes are being reported constantly. They are ignoring the emails and not doing anything about it. The council have a statutory duty to repair roads and it seems they have ignored this. Very poor service.

I have been fighting with these clowns now for over 3 months due to water of the highway washing out the end of our lane now making it impossible to get un and out.. after a bad day last week and 2000 in damage to vehicles i phoned and told them if its not sorted by 5pm Monday morning I will turn up to country hall with a swing shovel that was Friday first thing Monday morning dcc turn up and put a couple wheel barrows of tarmac in the trench now going across the end of our lane a improvement until it rains... far from sorted.... now going to be taking legal action....
I have lived in many local authority areas. Devon County Council outshines all the rest in their appalling customer relations department. They work against their council tax payers rather than for them.
