My experience here was disappointing. The ladies are not welcoming at all. Definitely will not recommend anyone here.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I wanted information on how to get the abortion pill. They told me that my baby shouldn't have to pay the price for my mistake. They made me feel terrible as a person and kept telling me how I would feel if I killed my baby while I sat there crying. I told them I was full time student and had a full time job and was just getting over being hospitalized for an autoimmune disease. I wasn't ready for a baby yet, and they told me I wasn't careful and what did I think was going to happen. They then asked what the my boyfriend, the father, thought of the situation. I told them he was supporting my decision on what I decided to do. They then said he wasn't taking responsibility of the situation and to ask myself if he really loved me. These are terrible people, who are completely insensitive to anyone considering abortion.

I found out i was pregnant with my 3rd child and i couldn’t wait for an ultrasound and see the baby for the first time . So, i went ahead and scheduled an ultrasound here to confirm my pregnancy. When i arrived i felt very awkward they had me fill out this paperwork and asked if i was married and and went ahead and checked that box, when the lady saw it she said “oh thank god your married” as a relieve. we went ahead and did the urine test then ultrasound at first she could not find the cervix for the ultrasound (she finally found it ) then she couldn't see the baby clearly so we proceeded to doing a vaginal ultrasound and i agreed. let me tell you i have never felt a more painful ultrasound, she looked for the baby for an 30 min and she could not find it then she finally found it and she couldnt focus the baby on the ultrasound making it look griddy. After this ultrasound i had really bad cramping for about two days of how hard the moved the ultrasound inside me. the lady in general was really nice however although its a volunteer job i believe should be well trained to do a ultrasound before performing it on patients specially vaginal ultrasounds. My overall experience i felt like at first i was delt as if i did not want my pregnancy or was under the circumstances to do so they kept offering me clothes for my older kids and help with this pregnancy when all i went in was a ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy.

As a young pro life catholic I went to Reachout when I missed my period to confirm my suspicions since I knew them to be a pro life clinic. I was devastated but I went ahead and scheduled the ultrasound with them anyway because I had to make sure I was taking care of this fetus properly. When I went in for the ultrasound I was appalled by the nurses behavior I filled out some paperwork and handed it to her naturally assuming she was going to input whatever information into the computer so I went to check my phone while waiting. I heard her say “do you want me to reschedule for when you’re not busy?” Obviously confused I looked at her and said “I’m not busy” and she had the audacity to respond with “I’ve been staring at you” We are both adults I’m not an elementary schooler who needs to be treated like a child and for a ‘professional’ to treat their patient like that I’m surprised she still has a job there. needless to say because of this terrible experience I will never return or recommend them to any of my friends

Reachout is great! My boyfriend and I just went in for a pregnancy conformation for my insurance. But we go so much more out of it. My experince might have been different because this baby was very much wanted but the staff is great. They told me to come back a month before the baby was due and they gave us a huge bag of baby stuff and a pack n play! Would definitely recommend
