We found the Invicta clinic in Gdansk very caring and knowledgeable . They took care of us throughout our IVF journey. Ana Lages and Anna Sieczczybska the patient care coordinators were both especially very helpful and friendly throughout our visits. Both ladies and their other colleagues were always very professional and caring explaining each step. Initially it can all be overwhelming but the process was made very straight forward. The standard of English is very good. I am very thankful to all the team of midwives too especially Marzena Sulewska who was very caring indeed. We saw a mixture of doctors which we very much liked particularly Dr Stencel who we stayed with, his care and attention for us was exceptional and we felt at ease to ask questions regarding the treatment at all times. I would advise wherever you go for IVF you know and have your records for all your previous treatment regimes and be involved with the decision making. As a patient from the UK I would recommend the clinic for the level of service, up to date knowledge and expertise and brilliant embryologists. Travelling to Gdansk from Luton proved to be very convenient and we both loved Gdansk which made a stressful time become much less stressful. IVF is not easy and often requires multiple attempts such as in our case and choosing a clinic you are happy with and a place which relaxes you is vital.

One of the worst experience ever of my life. Unprofessional, not knowledgeable not caring. Not following your case. They are great in asking for you to pay on order to have a visit even if you have only a doubt around what was prescribed to you. People, please stay away from this corporation. Their goal is your money not your future..there is a list of great reasons not to go to them. the same Ms Lewandowska koordynator Has no idea of how to handle customers (we are no patients).. If you want to hear more please reach out. We have even audio recordings of what they do there and how they tease you (pull you around).. if you are trying to get pregnant, stay away from this place, only the stress they will cause will sterilize you ...ah one last thing: be ready to hear that they understand you (call center rules 101)

I took the covid test rt-pcr test for which I had paid 450pln online including extra money for the English certificate as I needed that to travel. It's been 2 days since the test and they haven't emailed me the certificate nor have they uploaded it online where I got my results. Lack of professionalism and extremely unhappy cause without the certificate I might not be allowed to board the flight. Didnt expect this after paying so much and from a so called reputable clinic like Invicta.

I do not recommend Invicta - please choose Gameta in Gdynia instead and save your time. I am 42 (currently naturally pregnant), AMH 0.42, 3 stimulations in invicta with almost no change to the medications. I had from 0 to 4 eggs retrieved in one single process, none of them fertilised. I was told after 3rd time that they cannot do anything for me and I need to consider egg adoption. There was no individualised/ amended stimulation process, Dr Stencel at some point was not sure at what stage of IVF I was while advising on medicines. I was informed I will be undergoing second stimulation from next meeting, but Dr Stencel went on holidays and apparently did not leave that information in the system so another doctor could not start stimulation process. While the clinic has friendly system for patients coming from abroad the process seems to be hectic and missing detailed analysis of individual case and trying different options. With Gameta I at first time I had 1 egg retrieved, it fertilised and embryo was transferred (unsuccessful) with different stimulation program. 2 month later I got pregnant naturally.

My husband and I had a treatment at INVICTA Gdansk from April to September this year. Throughout this time staff (reception, labs, doctors, embryologists) were supportive and very understanding. The clinic is very modern with top class equipment and it's own lab. I live abroad - as such each of my visit was carefully planned and appointments were arranged in the most convenient way. We had a pleasure to be lead by dr Glodek who was always responsive, polite and very knowledgeable. Every stressful situation (for me) was handled with full professionalism and sensitivity. After 3 failed IVFs in the UK we finally met a team that listen to us, answered our questions and concerns and came up with a plan. A good plan as we are now happily pregnant (planning to stay pregnant for next few months). We will be coming back for our little frozen baby :)

Positive side - clinic looks modern, reception service works fine - kind of surface and marketing is at great level. But in scope of the main reasons why you're there - they are really bad. Originally we were promised to get a doctor who speak English. Since first visit doctor told us that it's easier for him to speak in Polish to us - so he did. Our knowledge of Polish language, especially in medical terms isn't that good, thus we didn't understood the half of consultancy. Anyway after few visits and medical checks he stated that everything is ok (then why we are here?). After escalation of that to mgmt of clinics - we found kind of surprised manager who told that doctor was supposed to talk to us in English and suggested another one with one visit for free (so basically we thrown in vain just 2 out of 3 and a few months of time). The new doctor at least spoke English and decided to explain what he is checking and at least the reasons why he want to perform few tests and suggested some medicine (hormon-based). After that medicine the emergency ambulance call was necessary. Ambulance stabilized the state of my wife and recommended to consult with doctor who did a prescription. When we were coming to that doctor later and saying that the result of that attempt ended in emergency clinic - that didn't make any reasonable impression on doctor at all. Basically it was like - you're overreacting (really?) and this shouldn't be a major reason, would you like to try it just one more time? (really?) Impression is - they don't care about your health or even life, they just trying to sell more consultancy visits. I'm suggesting to be highly careful when using their services.
