I have taken my baby(1yr) 3 times to get a paternity test. Always an excuse to not be able to do it. During Covid I never want to take him around people. Today I went for the third time and was told they can’t do it because they don’t have any kits left... You had one job... I was scheduled. If it accidentally happened and you ran out of kits you should have called to cancel... one job and you failed... now I get the 2 stars on this place... Totally absolutely unacceptable! One job and you failed... Worst part is I’m immune compromised and I have to do this test . Where are your manners and consideration? It’s just a swab... get us in and out... I can’t say how much I disapprove of this place. Major management changes need to happen.

I had so many bad experiences with LabCorp but here was the worst. The employee was so unwelcoming. She yielded at me to print my order. My doctor sent the order, but the receptionist without looking on her computer told me that they don’t have it. I asked if I can email it from my phone and she said that would breach their security. Definitely will never back and not recommend it to any one.
They did a good job. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for a blood draw. The technician that took my blood, Carla, was very friendly, professional, and fast.
I didn’t feel welcomed everyone was short and dry with me after waiting a while I was told my daughter couldn’t be there because I had to take a drug screen which was fine but it’s how u say it. my daughter could have sat in waiting room or someone could have agreed to keep an eye on her as I am a single mother looking for a job since I lost my job due to Covid. They demanded things instead of asking politely
