If you order a \buy one get one free\ from the website you have to order 2 to get the second one free. The \free one\ doesn't come automatically! Not clear from the website ordering. Luckily the local store many was sympathetic.
As always, well presented, vast array of stationery, helpful staff.
Smiths is great, still going after everything the recession could throw at it. Really hope having the post office in house will be a big support for them. At the moment they've got some great deals on board games etc. It's great to still be able to support such a worthwhile company.
