I went back to buy my third car there as a result! I haven’t had an experience like theirs anywhere else! Great job to the Triple J team!

Purchased 2 vehicles from this place from Acura's Brand Manager Marvin Gatdula. Such a great person and even taught me how to drive stick for my first car. Sadly their service department needs a full rework and restaff. My Civic never had problems getting services back in 2014 to now. My Cadenza was purchased 2016 and they did everything they can to void warranty. I had 2 tires that were going flat in 1 week. I scheduled a warranty check and they approved everything to replace 2 tires for free. I came in next week on my schedules time and they didn't want to install the tires because it was 2 days passed my warranty. What a shame that they get 2 free tires via my warranty but don't want to release it. They also took pictures of my Cadenza's leather problem in 2015. The service lady said she was going to call me when they get results. It's now 2018 and I still haven't received that call. Horrible service department.

Everytime I go to Triple J regarding any services for my vehicle (2016 Kia Optima), it's always exceptional service as expected from Triple J. Any questions or concerns that I have they will have the answer or inform me that they don't know exactly, but will get back to me when they have the answer. My vehicle always get serviced properly and I haven't had any issues after. Any services that have been done usually don't take any longer than they tell me and they always insure that if any problems do occur, to come back in so they can resolve them. Kudos Triple J and thank you for all you do as a company that provides as best a service that you'd expect from a dealer.

Georgette U. & the Team that handles all my cars needs are the Absolute Best. Specifically from my experience, Georgette goes above and beyond to get my services done in a timely manner. Not to mention she has Amazing Customer Service. She Properly notifies me about what's going while I'm waiting, passes on all suggestions I may need in the future and gives me options on how to follow through on said suggestions. Highly recommend Her & their Service Department to handle your cars needs.
