I love triad. Every time we have an issue they are at our house before we can call them. We live in the middle of nowhere and still have great service. I couldn't be any more happier about them. It's 8 at night and they are currently fixing our internet because the huge storm knocked our tower off the roof. I'm pretty sure the manager has my family on speed dial. I recommend them to everyone I can.

Don’t do business with this company, there internet is always down, they have no automation all billing is done without software. They are under investigation for falsifying company info for the payroll protection program. The owner Rory personally hired me as a 1099 worker without overtime & then registered me as full time with the IRS. Totally lied to me.

Horrible horrible customer service. They cancel 10 min before they are supposed to come and install. They are horribly rude on the phone multiple people got on the line without introducing them selves, To tell me they have to go they can’t talk to me because they have other customers to help? Like I’m not a customer? who paid two week before install and now they cancel install 10 min before they are supposed to be here. Then they tell me they don’t want to install anymore because of my frustration! This place does not know how to do business.
