I was very apprehensive at first going here, but it turned out being the best stepping stone I needed at the time. The staff were all excellent and happy to help. The therapists on staff are top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend you come here. It was a great experience. Now onto the next chapter....

Death

The staff and counselors at TRIAD performed amazingly. Administratively, from phone calls to scheduling to making occasional changes, everyone was friendly, understanding, and supportive. Clinically, the counselor was able to help me and my sons see things in a new and supportive light. He helped us to learn ways to correctly support our loved one in recovery, and to support ourselves in how we feel about the situation and the consequences it has caused. Most importantly to me, he understood the mindset of my teenage sons and was able to get them to open up, in one-on-one sessions, and in group sessions. I was amazed, happy, and relieved. Despite all the pain this disease has caused our family, TRIAD was a soothing comfort and a ray of light.

The counselors at TRIAD are essential to my recovery. At TRIAD, I learned the principles of acceptance and gratitude to improve aspects of my life. Examination of some life events allowed me to reconcile and move forward from these unresolved experiences. I include TRIAD counseling, a 12 step program and meditative exercise as three planks of my sober living.

I have been going to TRIAD now for almost 2 months to get help with relapse prevention and I could not be happier with their service. They offer a number of different resources, along with the direct counseling, to help with what is not an easy experience. My counselor, Mallory Giles, has been instrumental in helping me get on the right path to recovery and actually staying there. Even though she has a number of clients, she always shows a genuine concern for my recovery and that makes me want to try even harder to achieve my personal goals. If anyone is out there struggling with addiction, I highly recommend going to see the staff at TRIAD.

Before coming to triad I had experienced 3 other therapist but Mallory is by far the best. She invites you to put down your wall and be comfortable just by her genuine caring energy she exudes. I would recommend her to anyone she really wants to help and figure out how you two together can come up with a plan
