28/07/2020 22:20 something journey was finished, taxi driver was polite and kind and very helpful, even said hes working not for long time, but he works better than most of guys who works years and years. Giving muy tumb up.
I called at 7:58am to book a taxi for 8:45am. The taxi still wasn't here at 8:53am so I started to worry it might not be coming as I had not had any messages at that point so I called and they told me they were still trying to get a cab to me and it would be 5-6 minutes. It was about that time but that was over 20 minutes late so I was late. The taxi wasn't very clean either. The price was better than expected though to be fair
If I could give this company a 0 star I would. The operator was given my address which they passed on incorrectly to the driver. Ended up in some country road when I queried it. Phoned the company who left me on hold for 12 minutes to be spoken over and insulted by the operator. The driver deserves the star for his calmness. I have a receipt, for the journey. Have also took a screenshot of the call length. Taxi licensing here I come....
I have to give Mush 5 stars As he was very proffessional and compassinate as i had just had an incident that had left me little shaken and his convosation and understanding helped to make feel safe.
