Ordered some shock absorbers one turned up?? and after sending some emails and them removing my post on Facebook asking when the other was coming still no joy? After the phone call to Claire she admitted that she didn't read the order notes properly and only sent the one ? OK at this point you would have thought the decent thing to do was get it in the post but no left me waiting in on post for a day or two for it coming nice one thanks I was thinking of putting an order in for a roof tent as well but if they can't get a simple order right i don't trust them to order and have any sort of back up on a roof tent if they can't even get back to you with an email?

We needed awning urgently for a film crew after our car hire company let us down. With less than 24 hours to sort the awning Trek overland were incredibly helpful with making sure we got the right size for our vehicle, fitted a roof bar and the awning for us and all with about an hours notice. Faultless service, wonderful people and the awning looks great and works very well. Thank you!

Recently bought a Darche Nebula swag tent and even in lockdown received the next day. Unfortunately the swag has a manufacturer fault. 1 simple email to Clare and everything is sorted. Fantastic service to say the least. Just got to wait for the replacement to arrive.

All the advice and information needed to make informed product choices. I was kept informed throughout on product delivery dates and fitting dates. It seems nothing is too much trouble for this company. Would definitely recommend and I will certainly be using them again.

Great people. Small concern but we'll established. Very competitive and the products are brilliant - who ever thought you could out a roof box on a SUV and it turns into a safe compact tent !!
