*Confused & Dingy* These two words will clearly describe what this place is!! These guys have improved a lot from the past, the area is very dingy setting, no proper lighting and so much of confusion. Most of the time there is no one to contact on the help booth to understand which window to approach. Beware of the middlemen which stands outside the entry of the building as they come to help u get the licenses by giving them some profitability. Instead directly approach and get the work done in less cost and with reliability and credibility!

Good experience, took a long time but to my own fault. Operations are smooth and well designed. Good people. I’m adding some images which I thought were useful and I would have liked to see them before I went to same time. Infrastructure is the only thing that needs improving.
