Old school hobby shop in the heart of downtown Traverse City. Great selection of paints, tools, and supplies for scratch building. Their model kit selection could be better. Customer service is lacking as I have never been greeted once for the times I have stopped by.

They should really keep things in stock so then when people come in they can get it

It had nice selection. Not as much as I hoped for sadly

Great place for trains and models good line of modelling magazines. Very helpful staff. Full selections of wood products in various scales along with plastic thus all of the little details can be completed. Looks like a full line of remote control aircraft and equipment but that is not my area of interest.

Awesome little shop, lacked the heavy tourist vibe of its neighbors. The gents running this place were very kind, jovial, and friendly. If you're an enthusiast of trains and models, I recommend stopping in.

Very nice store with excellent selection and prices.

I love visiting and supporting local hobby shops. However, when you sell trains at prices three times higher than online stores, it makes it difficult to support you. The store was also surprisingly empty, and could fit in a smaller space. I must be lucky, as the employees acknowledged my existence.
