Avoid at all costs! I ordered a RC car for my boys for Christmas and within 2 days 1 of the 2 batteries I ordered wouldn't charge so contacted wireless madness to report the issue and i was asked to return battery to them for testing! Received a call a few days later and was told issue was due to battery not being charged properly! The other battery was working fine and had been charged in the same way so we clearly received a faulty battery! The person I spoke to was so rude and started raising his voice and I was told to email my complaint as he didn't want to speak to me and eventually put the phone down! Also refused to return the battery to us so we are left out of pocket! Was then told in a email the battery was old and swollen and then excused me of returning a swollen battery via Royal Mail when the return label was sent through by wireless madness and the battery was not swollen when it left our possession! Since then I have contacted overlander batteries and a another online RC specialist who confirmed that I was charging the battery in the correct way! I emailed wireless madness a month ago after contacting citizens advice who advised me to do this but I am yet to receive a reply! Also ordered 2 new batteries from another retailer and have charged them in the same way and are still going strong! Terrible company, terrible customer service and doesn't seem to have much knowledge of how to charge the batteries!!!!! I will now leave it with trading standards who are more than happy to follow this up!!!!!!

Superb company. We bought an RC Granite car and the wheel exploded on its first run. WM sourced a new wheel in days after Christmas. Then a week later the servo failed for the steering. I emailed them the details and photos of the servo and a new servo was shipped out immediately. This is perfect customer care, punctual replies to emails, very courteous and immediate action without making you jump through unreasonable hoops. Very highly recommended.

Great products and service. I ordered a RC car for a gift from the website. I didn’t however read the description correctly and ordered one without battery’s, charger etc. Wirelessmadness spotted that this may not be what I was after and phoned to confirm before sending. They were of course correct and I really wanted to purchase something that included everything you need as a beginner. The nice chap on the phone recommended something to me and even though it was a few more he was happy to change the order without further cost. Needless to say the car is AMAZING, I cannot believe how well made and FAST it is. All in all delighted with the product the great service.
