Just had a fire fit from Trafford Fires Carlisle,would like to thank all staff in the showroom, salesman (owner) and the fitters, nothing was too much trouble , kept me informed about everything that was going on with my order the week it was getting fitted so happy with the end result just love love LOVE my new Sheridan 5gas log affect fire. My wife and I, would like to give a huge thank you to Trafford Fireplaces for transforming our living room. The showroom in Carlisle is warm and inviting and well worth a visit. The quality of service from both Brenda and Graeme was excellent. We chose a Bohemia C40 Cube with optional side windows and a 400mm log store this sat on a polished black granite hearth with back panel to suit. The fitters Tony and Allan did an excellent installation job even after a tricky set back. We are very pleased we came to Trafford Fireplaces and will definitely recommend you to everyone. Trafford Fireplaces were fabulous!!! Graeme in the shop was extremely helpful in helping me choose the perfect fire and Tony and Lee the fitters were great!!! Would definitely recommend the whole team if you are looking for a new fire!!
First visit to Trafford Fireplace Centre and were very impressed,we then chose what we needed and made an appointment for a visit from a gentleman to call and assess out what was needed to complete the work.Overall a great place to visit if you are looking for a new fire or mantlepiece and hearth.
From start to finish Trafford Fireplaces have been fantastic in supplying us with a bespoke Marble Fireplace that looks amazing in our main living room. Thanks to everyone in the shop and to the guys who fitted it.
