Drove out from Knoxville to pick you a new RAV4. Everyone from sales (Justin Boggs) all the way through to finance (Shawn) was great! We were looking for a specific color, and found out that's several dealers had one listed in their inventory, but they didn't actually have it they were expecting it from factory or from another dealer. Toyota of Kingsport had the car we wanted, everything on the website was accurate, and they were willing to negotiate a fair price with us. We handle the credit app online and all our negotiations were by email and phone. Once we agreed on a price we came in the next day and picked it up. We were happy that we qualified for Toyota 0% interest for 5 years, which we took; but financing also offered us other options with longer terms, not 0% interest but still low.
