TOYOTA TOONEN HILVERSUM SCAM ALERT How can be possible that in May I pay 400 for big mantenance, I get certificate for check of the hybrid system and battery, the car was stopped during the whole corona crisis, then I take the car to go on holidays to France, and in the middle of my holidays I get alert message over the refrigeration of the battery, I go to Toyota here in France and they find out that in years nobody cleaned the ventilation rack of the refrigeration for the battery...and is not the first time they try to scam me, we have a story with them. But now is over, no Toonen anymore for us, will not recommend it to nobody. TOYOTA TOONEN HILVERSUM SCAM ALERT

Vriendelijke en beleefde verkopers waarmee op prettige wijze valt te onderhandelen zonder dat je inruil auto wordt afgekraakt, of op de man wordt gespeeld. Of je voor een oude occasion of een nieuw model komt maakt niet uit, je wordt als klant uiterst serieus genomen. Een pas gekochte occasion met binnen één dag een brandend motormanagement lampje in eerste instantie natuurlijk vervelend. Auto terug gebracht en na een kort onderzoek bleek de auto een nieuwe katalysator nodig te hebben. Ondanks dat een nieuwe katalysator de deal voor dit bedrijf erg ongunstig maakte, bood Toyoto Toonen 100% transparantie over het probleem en werd een nieuwe katalysator in deze 11 jaar oude occasion onder garantie vervangen.
