Fitters wanted to service parts for a fire just out of warranty (17/09/18),used only 4 times since,stopped working due to gas being turned off for a gas leak for unrelated incident.Price quoted was exorbitant.One phone call to the company,they guided me through how to re ignite gas stove.Many thanks to all concerned especially to John on the factory floor for his superb service and guidance. Thanks to all again Brilliant company.
