Very rude owner, pretty much said if you aren’t getting anything please leave, we were getting food for a crested gecko there was no need to be so unwelcoming. Will never come back again. Learn customer service. Ps what’s with the no browsing its super low iq.

Used this place for a long time and normally greated by 1of3 staff that are very polite and friendly, however excited to kit out my walk in enclosure i visited the shop to be stopped by an older chap working there who told me i couldn't go in because my 18month old son wasn't wearing a mask???? He is 18months old what 18month old is going to keep a mask on for starters and there is no government requirement to do so. I am led to believe that they cannot legally stop you entering for that reason its a police matter to remove said person not wearing a mask, but an 18month old child???? Well lost my custom entirely now and it would seem I'm not the only person. Absolutely clueless!!!!!

Been visiting and purchasing for many years. Visited this weekend, waited 10 mins to enter store where I was told my 3 and 6 year old had to wear masks? (Clearly both under 11!) I questioned it and told that was their rules. My daughter said she was hot and took her mask off half way round where I was stopped by a very rude older man who ordered me she needed to put her mask on, again I said she's 3 and she's hot. Very uncalled for and confrontational staff, will deffo not be returning in a hurry. Maybe if the shop was so concerned about coronavirus they would be wearing proper PPE not just material face coverings and actually read up on the guidelines.
