Timed entry and social distancing in place which was excellent. Richard was really helpful and patient. Very flexible with whatever options we needed. Would definitely recommend a visit to the showroom.

We purchased a log burner, surround and hearth 7 years ago from this company. The fitter they recommended \Rob\ we have since discovered did NOT register this installation with HETAS. We only discovered this as we are selling house and buyers solicitor has asked for it. We have also since discovered that the installer did not fit access panel for chimney sweep. Would not recommend this company as keen to sell products and recommended inadequate sub contractors to install. Despite several attempts to ask Aquaflames to rectify they have been unwilling to rectify.

We bought a fireplace within ten minutes of walking in! Service was excellent, with no pressure at all, just good old-fashioned civility and assistance. Prices were keen, too. Good range of hearths and fires. Highly recommended.
