I am a vanilla computer user. My laptop is like a castle with many rooms. I know how to find my way from the bed room to the kitchen, the dining room and the den where the entertainment is. Occasionally, I get lost in an unfamiliar hallway or find myself, God forbid, stuck in the dungeon. At these times I have taken advantage of Toven solutions to get myself back to familiar ground. Erich Toven has always been helpful and importantly, patient while working problems.
