I often visit this place to take care of my Golf. I have taken care of it at this place since I bought it. The level of customer care is the highest I have ever seen. They are honest, and always attempt to make customers pay the least possible - however, keep in mind that Volkswagen prices are never cheap as a rule. But there is a concerted attempt to lessen the impact on the customer here, with excellent explanations given to the customer.

They are nice but they don't understand your needs. Better go knowing how selling car works nowadays. I went to buy a second hand car, with the cash in hand, and they only talked about getting a new one, with financial leasing and how to pay it. They sell bank credits, not cars. Very annoying. A pity because I was an easy buyer.

Bough an used VW from them in April: 15k euros. The rims had some defects but they promised by the time we will return to pick up the car they will be fixed. A week later, the person in charge at the time tried to make us sign the papers without seeing the car: “Just to speed up things “ she said. We said no. They brought out the car: nothing was fixed. After another professional PROMISE that the car will be fixed we took the car home. We needed it badly to get to work. Also, they only had one key but she PROMISED again she will mail a second key to us in 2-3 weeks. (these things are written in the contract: fix rims 2nd key). This was in April. Tens of phone calls and emails later: same answer: “we’ll get back to you”. Now we’re in September. Nothing was fixed. Very disappointed!

Contrat signé en toute confiance, nous avons été accueillis comme des VIP, c’est un vrai show la livraison !! Depuis nous avons notre véhicule neuf avec une petite mensualité et on dort sur nos 2 oreilles puisque tout est prévu en cas de problème ! Que du bonheur !

Garage dont les vendeurs sont de bon conseil. Possibilité d'avoir une vue d'ensemble de la gamme, même si malheureusement, les SUV prennent une place de plus en plus importante. Très bon service après-vente avec Eric et service de location de voitures.
