It seems that the more recent reviews are accurate of the company's performance of late and my experience has not been a good one. The only positive I can bring to any reader's attention, is that the staff answering the phones are polite. I purchased online 4 x a product multi-pack. It took 3 delivery attempts to get the correct number of products to me. The items had been so inadequately packaged that the majority are damaged and require me to 'reconstruct' them to make most of them usable. Their email is (apparently) not working, or monitored and so do not waste your time making contact via that option. Like so many small companies since March 23rd, this is another one selling online before they have the capability, skills and knowledge to do so. If they were selling online prior to lockdown then it makes their current performance level entirely unacceptable rather than potentially a very poor start.

Sadly very disappointed. I telephoned 3 times over a course of a fortnight enquiring about the same details of a large and expensive item on their website. Despite promising to get back to me they failed to do so on each occasion. My final email enquiry was also ignored. Having totally wasted my time I took my custom elsewhere. Beware, in my experience their Customer support is woeful.
I would not recommend bigfire as after sales are appalling be aware if you buy the package deal that it shows 5kg of charcoal and you only get 3kg I did not it the long matches I emailed them with no reply then sent second email which someone phoned me to sort it out I was told they was going to send me matches and a riddle which have not turned up that was two weeks ago send two more emails with no reply
Great place to visit... great products, friendly staff, and a lovely setting. Will come back.
