We absolutely love the Hearing Dogs restaurant. There is something special about this place, it has an ambience and a soul that sets it apart. In addition the food is amazing and there is a really good choice of vegan and vegetarian food, not just one vegan option like most places. Sue, the manager, is always warm and welcoming and the staff and volunteers are kind and helpful. Even the building itself and the interior are just beautiful. The covid adaptations have been fine-tuned and are now sensitively balanced, keeping people safe yet not glaringly obvious and off-putting. Thank you everyone involved in this wonderful restaurant.

Very good atmosphere with great service. Easy to book a table and a good range of food on offer. Good allergen information on the website. We hope to be back very soon

We've been supporting Hearing Dogs throughout the years in various ways. When the restaurant opened, we went on a regular basis. It was our favourite place to visit on a Sunday. Last year we noticed that the quality of the food had suffered so we didn't go anymore... until now. Everything has changed a little and the restaurant now stretches all the way into the gift shop. The tables are well spaced out. Everything (incl. toilets) is very clean. Sadly, we experienced the same problem as last time. My husband thought that the bread used for his panini wasn't fresh. No fuss was made and we promptly received another one, plus a free hot drink on top. I had ordered the Roasted Cauliflower \Deli Sandwich\ which was a small piece of flatbread with a few salad leaves and veg crisps on the side. It was clearly overpriced at 7.95 and only half the size of what my husband had for the same money. We were asked to pay (by card) as soon as we had ordered. Really?!? The overall experience put us off from coming back. However, it is still a popular choice as the place filled up quickly. The Grange offers a varied menu and the hard-working staff are friendly.
