Awesome Experience. 100% recommend. Starting with Patrick, he was really nice and explained everything in detail and didnt get annoyed or frustrated with my many questions and what ifs. The technicians Logan, Ryan and Dylan very friendly and very professional. I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. Everything was installed so clean and precise which is great for me because I'm a details guy and little things drive me crazy. Everything was left cleaner than when they got here. They wear clean booties when walking through the house. As far as pricing I have 4 estimates all for the same system and they came in one above the lowest (not that the lowest is always bad but they tend to cut corners) I wont say its cheap but for all the work that they did well worth it. Its been a few weeks and so far so good. Thanks all

I could not be more pleased with the work that Mark did for us on our geothermal heat pump. He found a number of issues with each of the control panels. All have been corrected and we are running much better now. Many thanks.

We have had Total Comfort perform annual HVAC maintenance on our aging Geothermal Heat Pumps for several years now. We have always been pleased with their timeliness, thoroughness, and responsiveness to answer any questions we have had. When we had an equipment failure last year, Total Comfort was the obvious choice to perform the repair or replacement. Patrick and the team went above and beyond, even amidst a pandemic, to get our systems replaced and did it on budget and in a timely manner. We have been very satisfied with Total Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning and we recommend that others give them a call, too. (especially those looking at Geothermal - which is great by the way! We loved our old single-speed Waterfurnace units, but the new 7 series variable speed and 5 series two-speed units are wonderful! They have been keeping our home so comfortable throughout the last year)

Total Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning are to be commended for coming to my rescue during one of the hottest weeks in July 2017. I came home from work around 7:30 p.m. to find that my heating and air unit had stopped functioning. I called Total Comfort the next morning and they sent a workman out to evaluate the situation and suggest what I should do. After 27 years of life the old unit was put to rest and a new one put in, but first the workman put a window air conditioner up in my bedroom so I would be more comfortable to sleep while they did the work. Now that is true customer service. During the working period the workmen were persistent about keeping the area free of any debris and very careful not to scratch anything which is very important to me. Then once the job was finished the explanation of how the new unit works in layman terms was greatly appreciated and the fact of how careful they were in checking that there was no air in any of the gas lines since they had to turn it off to put the new unit in. I am very pleased with my experience with Total Comfort and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.
